Common use of Office Equipment Clause in Contracts

Office Equipment. During the term of the Executive's employment hereunder, the Corporation shall afford the Executive the use of a cellular telephone. The Corporation shall bear the cost of a service contract for the cellular telephone, as well as all monthly charges and charges in respect of calls incident to the performance of the duties of the Executive and tax and related charges.
