Office of the Agricultural Commissioner. Employees hired into the job classifications of Agricultural Inspector Biologist I/II/III and Weights and Measures Inspector I/II/III shall serve a one (1) year probationary period. During the one (1) year probationary period, an employee has no right to appeal and serves at the pleasure of the Appointing Authority.
