Death Benefits Upon the Executive's death during the Contract Period, his estate shall not be entitled to any further benefits under this Agreement.
Basic Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment Coverage The Employer agrees to provide and pay for the following term life coverage and accidental death and dismemberment coverage for all supervisors eligible for an Employer Contribution, as described in Section 3. Any premium paid by the State in excess of fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) coverage is subject to a tax liability in accord with Internal Revenue Service regulations. A supervisor may decline coverage in excess of fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) by filing a waiver in accord with Minnesota Management & Budget procedures. The basic life insurance policy will include an accelerated benefits agreement providing for payment of benefits prior to death if the insured has a terminal condition. Group Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment (a) The Employer will pay 100% of the premiums for the group life and accidental death and dismemberment insurance plans.
Death Benefit Should Employee die during the term of employment, the Company shall pay to Employee's estate any compensation due through the end of the month in which death occurred.
Accidental Death Full twenty-four (24) hour Accidental Death coverage equivalent to coverage under the Group Life Plan.
Dental Benefits The County offers dental and orthodontic benefits to full and part-time regular employees and their eligible dependent(s). Benefit provisions, co payments and deductibles are outlined in the Evidence of Coverage. The employee contribution is $13 per pay period ($28.26 per month). The County shall contribute to part-time eligible employees on a pro-rated basis, in accordance with Section 10.2.6.
