OFFICER, Organizer OR XXXXXXX. An officer, organizer or authorized xxxxxxx of the Federation has the right to meet with employees so long as the meeting does not interfere with the job responsibilities of any employee. It is understood that whenever possible these meetings will be held before work, after work, or during a designated break in the employee’s workday.
