Official Instructional Observation of Employee. Each written evaluation shall be based upon at least one official instructional observation. An official instructional observation shall be a minimum of fifteen (15) minutes in length, official non-instructional observations excepted. The mutually developed observation document shall be used.

  • Contractor Designation of Trade Secrets or Otherwise Confidential Information If the Contractor considers any portion of materials to be trade secret under section 688.002 or 812.081, F.S., or otherwise confidential under Florida or federal law, the Contractor must clearly designate that portion of the materials as trade secret or otherwise confidential when submitted to the Department.   • Drug-Free Workplace Contractor represents and warrants that it shall comply with the applicable provisions of the Drug-Free Work Place Act of 1988 (41 U.S.C. §701 et seq.) and maintain a drug-free work environment.

  • Drug-Free Workplace Policy Consultant shall provide a drug-free workplace by complying with all provisions set forth in City’s Council Policy 100-5, attached hereto as Exhibit “D” and incorporated herein by reference. Consultant’s failure to conform to the requirements set forth in Council Policy 100-5 shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement and shall be cause for immediate termination of this Agreement by City.

  • Protection from Unauthorized Use Licensee shall secure that Participating Institutions will use reasonable efforts to restrict access to the Licensed Materials to Authorized Users.
