Common use of OMB Standards Clause in Contracts

OMB Standards. The Subrecipient shall procure materials in accordance with the requirements of OMB Circular A-110, Procurement Standards, and shall subsequently follow OMB Circular A-110, Property Management Standards, as modified by 24 CFR 470.502(b)(6) covering utilization and disposal of property.

OMB Standards. The Subrecipient shall procure materials all materials, property, or services in accordance with the requirements of Attachment O of OMB Circular A-110, Procurement Standards, and shall subsequently follow OMB Circular A-110Attachment N, Property Management Standards, Standards as modified by 24 CFR 470.502(b)(6) 570.502(b)(6), covering utilization and disposal of property.

OMB Standards. The Subrecipient shall procure materials all materials, property, or services in accordance with the requirements of OMB Circular A-110, Procurement Standards, and shall subsequently follow OMB Circular A-110, Property Management Standards, Standards as modified by 24 CFR 470.502(b)(6) 570.502(b)(6), covering utilization and disposal of property.

The Subrecipient shall procure materials in accordance with the requirements of OMB Circular A-110, Procurement Standards, A-87 and shall subsequently follow OMB Circular A-110, Property Management StandardsA-102, as modified by 24 CFR 470.502(b)(6) covering utilization and disposal of propertyapplicable to the Subrecipient.

The Subrecipient shall procure materials all materials, or services in accordance with the requirements of Attachment O of OMB Circular A-110, Procurement Standards, and shall subsequently follow OMB Circular A-110Attachment N, Property Management Standards, Standards as modified by 24 CFR 470.502(b)(6) 570.502(b)(6), covering utilization and disposal of property. Real property shall be acquired only by the Grantee.

The Subrecipient shall procure materials in accordance with the requirements of Attachment O of OMB Circular A-110, Procurement Standards, and shall subsequently follow OMB Circular A-110Attachment N, Property Management Standards, as modified by 24 CFR 470.502(b)(6) covering utilization and disposal of property.

The Subrecipient shall procure materials in accordance with the requirements of X- 000, X-000, Xxxxxxxxxx O of OMB Circular A-110, Procurement Standards, and shall subsequently follow OMB Circular A-110Attachment N, Property Management Standards, as modified by 24 CFR 470.502(b)(6) covering utilization and disposal of property. Copies of said circulars are provided and by execution of this Agreement, Subrecipient acknowledges their receipt.

The Subrecipient shall procure materials in accordance with the requirements of 24 CFR 84.40-48 and the procurement standards set forth in OMB Circular A-110, Procurement Standards, and shall subsequently follow OMB Circular A-110the property standards, Property Management Standards, as modified by 24 CFR 470.502(b)(6) covering utilization and disposal of property, set forth in OMB Circular A-110.

OMB Standards. The Subrecipient shall procure materials all materials, property, or services in accordance with the requirements of 24 CFR 84.40-48, OMB Circular A-110, Procurement Standards, and shall subsequently follow OMB Circular A-110, Property Management Standards, Standards as modified by 24 CFR 470.502(b)(6) 84.31-37, covering utilization and disposal of property.

OMB Standards. The Subrecipient Subgrantee shall procure materials in accordance with the requirements of Attachment O of OMB Circular A-110, Procurement Standards, and shall subsequently follow OMB Circular A-110Attachment N, Property Management Standards, as modified by 24 CFR 470.502(b)(6) covering utilization and disposal of property.
