On an Assigned Day of Rest. A) A field employee will be assigned one (1) day of rest per week. An employee who is required to work on her assigned day of rest shall be paid at the rate of double time for all hours worked in that day, with a minimum of two (2) hours guarantee at overtime rates. The parties may waive this provision as appropriate.
