The Supplier will provide a private accommodation on site for data analysis and meetings; the accommodation will allow for a reasonable workspace, with appropriate lighting, electrical, a printer, and Internet connectivity. The Supplier will make necessary employees or Suppliers available for interviews in person or on the phone during the time frame of the audit.

On site audits. (1) This clause applies if the Audit includes an on-site visit to the Provider's Premises.
On site audits. 7.1.1 Will allow and support quality audits by Dipexium or its representative by appointment no more frequently than once per X year, unless a “for cause” audit is required.
On site audits. BCBSNC or its designee will perform on-site audits of Network Participants identified through the pharmacy audit profile, upon request, through BCBSNC’s compliance hotline, or as otherwise identified by BCBSNC. BCBSNC or its designee will review and verify up to twenty-four (24) months of Claims at the Network Participant's location. BCBSNC or its designee will also verify Network Participant is in compliance with the Network Contract and the Pharmacy Operations Manual. In certain cases, inaccurate Claims will result in a chargeback to the Network Participant. During each calendar year, BCBSNC or its designee will perform the number of on-site audits that equals five percent (5%) of Network Pharmacies. If additional audits are needed the volume and associated fees will be mutually agreed upon in advance.
On site audits. Investigators and institutions involved in the study will permit trial-related monitoring, audits, IEC review, and domestic or foreign regulatory inspection(s) by providing direct access to source documents, CRFs, and all other study documentation. The Investigator should promptly notify NovImmune of any inspections scheduled by any regulatory authorities and promptly forward to NovImmune copies of any audit reports received.
