Employment Information A written form will be used to specify initial conditions of hiring (including number of hours to be worked, rate of pay, unit and shift). Upon request to their immediate supervisor, employees will be given written confirmation of a change in status or separation in accordance with University of Washington policy. Outside Employment Employees may engage in other employment outside of their State working hours so long as the outside employment does not involve a conflict of interest with their State employment. Whenever it appears that any such outside employment might constitute a conflict of interest, the employee is expected to consult with his/her appointing authority or other appropriate agency representative prior to engaging in such outside employment. Employees of agencies where there are established procedures concerning outside employment for the purpose of insuring compliance with specific statutory restrictions on outside employment are expected to comply with such procedures.
Disclosure of Prior State Employment – Consulting Services If this Contract is for consulting services, A. In accordance with Section 2254.033 of the Texas Government Code, a Contractor providing consulting services who has been employed by, or employs an individual who has been employed by, System Agency or another State of Texas agency at any time during the two years preceding the submission of Contractor’s offer to provide services must disclose the following information in its offer to provide services. Contractor hereby certifies that this information was provided and remains true, correct, and complete: 1. Name of individual(s) (Contractor or employee(s)); 2. Status; 3. The nature of the previous employment with HHSC or the other State of Texas agency; 4. The date the employment was terminated and the reason for the termination; and 5. The annual rate of compensation for the employment at the time of its termination. B. If no information was provided in response to Section A above, Contractor certifies that neither Contractor nor any individual employed by Contractor was employed by System Agency or any other State of Texas agency at any time during the two years preceding the submission of Contractor’s offer to provide services.
TERMINATION OF EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT This employment contract may be terminated by: A. Mutual agreement of the parties. B. The Facilities Manager may terminate this employment contract upon sixty (60) days written notice to the Board or the Superintendent, as the case may be.
Termination of Employment Agreement As of the Effective Date, the Employment Agreement hereby is terminated in its entirety and shall no longer have any force or effect.
Release of Employment Claims Executive agrees, as a condition to receipt of the termination payments and benefits provided hereunder, that he will execute a release agreement, in a form satisfactory to the Company, releasing any and all claims arising out of Executive's employment (other than claims made pursuant to any indemnities provided under the articles or by-laws of the Company, under any directors or officers liability insurance policies maintained by the Company or enforcement of this Termination Agreement).
Termination of Employment Relationship Your employment is terminable -------------------------------------- at will. That means that your employment relationship with Cardinal may be terminated by either party at any time, for any reason or no reason at all, subject to the notice provision addressed below. (a) Cardinal may terminate your employment for Cause effective immediately upon written notice. In the event that Cardinal terminates your employment for Cause, you will be entitled to earned and unpaid base salary and payment for any earned and unused vacation days through the last date of your employment.
Not an Employment Agreement This Agreement is not an employment agreement, and no provision of this Agreement shall be construed or interpreted to create an employment relationship between you and the Company or any Affiliate or guarantee the right to remain employed by the Company or any Affiliate for any specified term.
Employment Records Any employee shall be entitled, upon request, to see any of his/her own employment records in the possession of the employer.
