On-the-Job Injury. 30.01 Should the employee be injured on the job to the extent of requiring medical attention and be unable to return to the job for the remainder of his work shift, he shall be paid as if he had worked the full shift upon submission of a signed certificate from a physician or from a qualified first aid attendant.
