Onboarding and Validation of Authorized Users. Authorized Users must log into the Platform and accept our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which shall govern their access to, and usage of, the Platform. During the initial registration, an Authorized User may be prompted to create an account, which may include a sign-in name (“Sign-In Name”), a password (“Password”), and certain additional information that will assist in authenticating the Authorized User’s identity when he or she logs-in in the future (“Unique Identifiers”). When creating an account, an Authorized User must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information. You and your Authorized Users are responsible for the confidentiality and use of Authorized Users’ Sign-In Names, Passwords, and Unique Identifiers, as well as for any use, misuse, or communications entered through the Platform. You will promptly inform us of any need to deactivate a Password or Sign-In Name or change any Unique Identifier. Upon our request, in order for us more effectively xxxxxxx exams, Student Users may be required to validate their identities, their surroundings, and their equipment, and we shall use various processes, procedures, and technologies to authenticate, validate, and monitor the same, all as set forth in our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

  • Access by and Authentication of Authorized Users Authorized Users of the Participating Institutions shall be granted access to the Licensed Materials pursuant to the following:

  • Notification of Modifications of Licensed Materials From time to time, the Licensor may add, change, or modify portions of the Licensed Materials, or migrate the Licensed Materials to other formats.   • Procurement of Recovered Materials (1) In the performance of this contract, the Contractor shall make maximum use of products containing recovered materials that are EPA-designated items unless the product cannot be acquired

  • Authorized User You may request us to issue a Card to an individual who has no financial responsibility under this Agreement. An Authorized User has the same access to your Account as you do, subject to any limitations we may impose. An Authorized User has no authority to add or delete Cardholders, request a replacement Card or terminate or modify this Agreement.
