One-Way Interconnection Trunks. 2.3.1 Where the Parties have agreed to use One-Way Interconnection Trunks for the delivery of traffic from VarTec to Verizon, VarTec, at VarTec’s own expense, shall: 2.3.1.1 provide its own facilities for delivery of the traffic to the VarTec Collocation arrangement at the Verizon-IP or to the third-party Collocation arrangement used by VarTec at the Verizon-IP; and/or 2.3.1.2 obtain transport for delivery of the traffic to the VarTec Collocation arrangement at the Verizon-IP or to the third- party Collocation arrangement used by VarTec at the Verizon-IP (a) from a third-party, or, (b) if Verizon offers such transport pursuant to this Agreement or an applicable Verizon Tariff, from Verizon; and/or 2.3.1.3 order the One-Way Trunks from Verizon in accordance with the rates, terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement and applicable Verizon Tariffs, for installation on an Entrance Facility obtained by VarTec from Verizon pursuant to Sections 2.1.3.3 and 2.1.4, and also order multiplexing and transport from Verizon pursuant to Sections 2.1.3.3 and 2.1.4. 2.3.1.3.1 For each Tandem One -Way Interconnection Trunk group provided by Verizon to VarTec with a utilization level of less than sixty percent (60%), unless the Parties agree otherwise, VarTec will promptly submit ASRs to disconnect a sufficient number of Interconnection Trunks to attain a utilization level of approximately sixty percent (60%). 2.3.2 Where the Parties have agreed to use One-Way Interconnection Trunks for the delivery of traffic from Verizon to VarTec, Verizon, at Verizon’s own expense, shall: 2.3.2.1 provide its own facilities for delivery of the traffic to the Verizon Collocation arrangement or interconnection arrangement at the VarTec-IP or to the third-party Collocation arrangement used by Verizon at the VarTec-IP; or 2.3.2.2 obtain transport for delivery of the traffic to the Verizon Collocation arrangement or interconnection arrangement at the VarTec-IP or to the third-party Collocation arrangement used by Verizon at the VarTec-IP (a) from a third-party, or,

One-Way Interconnection Trunks. 2.3.1 Where the Parties have agreed to use One-Way Interconnection Trunks for the delivery of traffic from VarTec ENT to Verizon, VarTecENT, at VarTecENT’s own expense, shall: 2.3.1.1 provide its own facilities for delivery of the traffic to the VarTec Collocation arrangement at the technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon-IP or to the third-party Collocation arrangement used by VarTec at the Verizon-IP’s network in a LATA; and/or 2.3.1.2 obtain transport for delivery of the traffic to the VarTec Collocation arrangement at the technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon-IP or to the third- party Collocation arrangement used by VarTec at the Verizon-IP ’s network in a LATA (a) from a third-third party, or, (b) if Verizon offers such transport pursuant to this Agreement or an applicable a Verizon access Tariff, from Verizon; and/or. 2.3.1.3 order the 2.3.2 For each Tandem or End Office One-Way Trunks from Verizon in accordance with the rates, terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement and applicable Verizon Tariffs, for installation on an Entrance Facility obtained by VarTec from Verizon pursuant to Sections 2.1.3.3 and 2.1.4, and also order multiplexing and transport from Verizon pursuant to Sections 2.1.3.3 and 2.1.4. 2.3.1.3.1 For each Tandem One -Way Interconnection Trunk group provided by for delivery of traffic from ENT to Verizon to VarTec with a utilization level of less than sixty percent (60%)) for final trunk groups and eighty-five percent (85%) for high usage trunk groups, unless the Parties agree otherwise, VarTec ENT will promptly submit ASRs to disconnect a sufficient number of Interconnection Trunks to attain a utilization level of approximately sixty percent (60%)) for all final trunk groups and eighty-five percent (85%) for all high usage trunk groups. One-Way Interconnection Trunks. 2.3.1 Where the Parties have agreed to use One-Way Interconnection Trunks for the delivery of traffic from VarTec PCS to Verizon, VarTecPCS, at VarTecPCS’s own expense, shall: 2.3.1.1 provide its own facilities for delivery of the traffic to the VarTec Collocation arrangement at the Verizon-IP or to the third-party Collocation arrangement used by VarTec at the Verizon-IP; and/or 2.3.1.2 obtain transport for delivery of the traffic to the VarTec PCS Collocation arrangement at the Verizon-IP or to the third- party Collocation arrangement used by VarTec PCS at the Verizon- IP; and/or 2.3.1.2 obtain transport for delivery of the traffic to the PCS Collocation arrangement at the Verizon-IP or to the third- party Collocation arrangement used by PCS at the Verizon- IP (a) from a third-party, or, (b) if Verizon offers such transport pursuant to this Agreement or an applicable Verizon Tariff, from Verizon; and/or 2.3.1.3 order the One-Way Trunks from Verizon in accordance with the rates, terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement and applicable Verizon Tariffs, for installation on an Entrance Facility obtained by VarTec PCS from Verizon pursuant to Sections 2.1.3.3 and 2.1.4, and also order multiplexing and transport from Verizon pursuant to Sections 2.1.3.3 and 2.1.4. 2.3.1.3.1 For each Tandem One -Way Interconnection Trunk group provided by Verizon to VarTec PCS with a utilization level of less than sixty percent (60%), unless the Parties agree otherwise, VarTec PCS will promptly submit ASRs to disconnect a sufficient number of Interconnection Trunks to attain a utilization level of approximately sixty percent (60%). 2.3.2 Where the Parties have agreed to use One-Way Interconnection Trunks for the delivery of traffic from Verizon to VarTecPCS, Verizon, at Verizon’s own expense, shall: 2.3.2.1 provide its own facilities for delivery of the traffic to the Verizon Collocation arrangement or interconnection arrangement at the VarTecPCS-IP or to the third-party Collocation arrangement used by Verizon at the VarTec-IPPCS -IP; or 2.3.2.2 obtain transport for delivery of the traffic to the Verizon Collocation arrangement or interconnection arrangement at the VarTecPCS-IP or to the third-party Collocation arrangement used by Verizon at the VarTecPCS-IP (a) from a third-party, or,, (b) if PCS offers such transport pursuant to this Agreement or an applicable PCS Tariff, from PCS; or 2.3.2.3 order the One-Way Trunks from PCS in accordance with the rates, terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement and applicable PCS Tariffs for installation on an Entrance Facility obtained by Verizon from PCS pursuant to Sections 2.1.5.3 and 2.1.6, or obtain the One-Way Trunks from a third-party that has established an interconnection arrangement with PCS.

One-Way Interconnection Trunks. 2.3.1 Where the Parties have agreed to use One-Way Interconnection Trunks for the delivery of traffic from VarTec Marion to Verizon, VarTecMarion, at VarTecXxxxxx’s own expense, shall: 2.3.1.1 provide its own facilities for delivery of the traffic to the VarTec Collocation arrangement at the technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon-IP or to the third-party Collocation arrangement used by VarTec at the Verizon-IP’s network in a LATA; and/or 2.3.1.2 obtain transport for delivery of the traffic to the VarTec Collocation arrangement at the technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon-IP or to the third- party Collocation arrangement used by VarTec at the Verizon-IP ’s network in a LATA (a) from a third-third party, or, (b) if Verizon offers such transport pursuant to this Agreement or an applicable a Verizon access Tariff, from Verizon; and/or. 2.3.1.3 order the 2.3.2 For each Tandem or End Office One-Way Trunks from Verizon in accordance with the rates, terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement and applicable Verizon Tariffs, for installation on an Entrance Facility obtained by VarTec from Verizon pursuant to Sections 2.1.3.3 and 2.1.4, and also order multiplexing and transport from Verizon pursuant to Sections 2.1.3.3 and 2.1.4. 2.3.1.3.1 For each Tandem One -Way Interconnection Trunk group provided by for delivery of traffic from Marion to Verizon to VarTec with a utilization level of less than sixty percent (60%)) for final trunk groups and eighty-five percent (85%) for high usage trunk groups, unless the Parties agree otherwise, VarTec Xxxxxx will promptly submit ASRs to disconnect a sufficient number of Interconnection Trunks to attain a utilization level of approximately sixty percent (60%)) for all final trunk groups and eighty- five percent (85%) for all high usage trunk groups. In the event Xxxxxx fails to submit an ASR to disconnect One-Way Interconnection Trunks as required by this Section, Verizon may disconnect the excess Interconnection Trunks or bill (and Xxxxxx shall pay) for the excess Interconnection Trunks at the rates set forth in the Pricing Attachment. 2.3.2 2.3.3 Where the Parties have agreed to use One-Way Interconnection Trunks for the delivery of traffic from Verizon to VarTecMarion, Verizon, at Verizon’s own expense, shall: 2.3.2.1 shall provide its own facilities for delivery of the traffic to the Verizon Collocation arrangement or interconnection arrangement at the VarTec-IP or to the third-party Collocation arrangement used by Verizon at the VarTec-IP; or 2.3.2.2 obtain transport for delivery technically feasible Point(s) of the traffic to the Verizon Collocation arrangement or interconnection arrangement at the VarTec-IP or to the third-party Collocation arrangement used by Verizon at the VarTec-IP (a) from Interconnection on Verizon’s network in a third-party, or,LATA.

One-Way Interconnection Trunks. 2.3.1 Where the Parties have agreed to use One-Way Interconnection Trunks for the delivery of traffic from VarTec GCTC to Verizon, VarTecGCTC, at VarTecGCTC’s own expense, shall: 2.3.1.1 provide its own facilities for delivery of the traffic to the VarTec Collocation arrangement at the technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon-IP or to the third-party Collocation arrangement used by VarTec at the Verizon-IP’s network in a LATA; and/or 2.3.1.2 obtain transport for delivery of the traffic to the VarTec Collocation arrangement at the technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon-IP or to the third- party Collocation arrangement used by VarTec at the Verizon-IP ’s network in a LATA (a) from a third-third party, or, (b) if Verizon offers such transport pursuant to this Agreement or an applicable a Verizon access Tariff, from Verizon; and/or. 2.3.1.3 order the 2.3.2 For each Tandem or End Office One-Way Trunks from Verizon in accordance with the rates, terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement and applicable Verizon Tariffs, for installation on an Entrance Facility obtained by VarTec from Verizon pursuant to Sections 2.1.3.3 and 2.1.4, and also order multiplexing and transport from Verizon pursuant to Sections 2.1.3.3 and 2.1.4. 2.3.1.3.1 For each Tandem One -Way Interconnection Trunk group provided by for delivery of traffic from GCTC to Verizon to VarTec with a utilization level of less than sixty percent (60%)) for final trunk groups and eighty-five percent (85%) for high usage trunk groups, unless the Parties agree otherwise, VarTec GCTC will promptly submit ASRs to disconnect a sufficient number of Interconnection Trunks to attain a utilization level of approximately sixty percent (60%)) for all final trunk groups and eighty- five percent (85%) for all high usage trunk groups. In the event GCTC fails to submit an ASR to disconnect One-Way Interconnection Trunks as required by this Section, Verizon may disconnect the excess Interconnection Trunks or bill (and GCTC shall pay) for the excess Interconnection Trunks at the rates set forth in the Pricing Attachment. 2.3.2 2.3.3 Where the Parties have agreed to use One-Way Interconnection Trunks for the delivery of traffic from Verizon to VarTecGCTC, Verizon, at Verizon’s own expense, shall: 2.3.2.1 shall provide its own facilities for delivery of the traffic to the Verizon Collocation arrangement or interconnection arrangement at the VarTec-IP or to the third-party Collocation arrangement used by Verizon at the VarTec-IP; or 2.3.2.2 obtain transport for delivery technically feasible Point(s) of the traffic to the Verizon Collocation arrangement or interconnection arrangement at the VarTec-IP or to the third-party Collocation arrangement used by Verizon at the VarTec-IP (a) from Interconnection on Verizon’s network in a third-party, or,LATA.

One-Way Interconnection Trunks. 2.3.1 Where the Parties have agreed to use One-Way Interconnection Trunks for the delivery of traffic from VarTec Delta Phones to Verizon, VarTecDelta Phones, at VarTecDelta Phones’s own expense, shall: 2.3.1.1 provide its own facilities for delivery of the traffic to the VarTec Delta Phones Collocation arrangement at the Verizon-IP or to the third-party Collocation arrangement used by VarTec Delta Phones at the Verizon-IP; and/or 2.3.1.2 obtain transport for delivery of the traffic to the VarTec Delta Phones Collocation arrangement at the Verizon-IP or to the third- third-party Collocation arrangement used by VarTec Delta Phones at the Verizon-IP (a) from a third-party, or, (b) if Verizon offers such transport pursuant to this Agreement or an applicable Verizon Tariff, from Verizon; and/or 2.3.1.3 order the One-Way Trunks from Verizon in accordance with the rates, terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement and applicable Verizon Tariffs, for installation on an Entrance Facility obtained by VarTec Delta Phones from Verizon pursuant to Sections 2.1.3.3 and 2.1.4, and also order multiplexing and transport from Verizon pursuant to Sections 2.1.3.3 and 2.1.4. 2.3.1.3.1 For each Tandem One -Way Interconnection Trunk group provided by Verizon to VarTec Delta Phones with a utilization level of less than sixty percent (60%), unless the Parties agree otherwise, VarTec Delta Phones will promptly submit ASRs to disconnect a sufficient number of Interconnection Trunks to attain a utilization level of approximately sixty percent (60%). 2.3.2 Where the Parties have agreed to use One-Way Interconnection Trunks for the delivery of traffic from Verizon to VarTecDelta Phones, Verizon, at Verizon’s own expense, shall: 2.3.2.1 provide its own facilities for delivery of the traffic to the Verizon Collocation arrangement or interconnection arrangement at the VarTecDelta Phones-IP or to the third-party Collocation arrangement used by Verizon at the VarTecDelta Phones-IP; or 2.3.2.2 obtain transport for delivery of the traffic to the Verizon Collocation arrangement or interconnection arrangement at the VarTecDelta Phones-IP or to the third-party Collocation arrangement used by Verizon at the VarTecDelta Phones-IP (a) from a third-party, or,, (b) if Delta Phones offers such transport pursuant to this Agreement or an applicable Delta Phones Tariff, from Delta Phones; or 2.3.2.3 order the One-Way Trunks from Delta Phones in accordance with the rates, terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement and applicable Delta Phones Tariffs for installation on an Entrance Facility obtained by Verizon from Delta Phones pursuant to Sections 2.1.5.3 and 2.1.6, or obtain the One-Way Trunks from a third-party that has established an interconnection arrangement with Delta Phones.
