Ongoing Coverage Clause Samples

The Ongoing Coverage clause requires that certain insurance or protection remains in effect throughout the duration of an agreement or project. Typically, this means a party must maintain specified types and amounts of insurance, such as liability or property coverage, for as long as their obligations under the contract continue. This clause ensures that all parties are continuously protected against potential risks or losses, thereby minimizing exposure to uninsured claims and providing reassurance that coverage will not lapse during critical periods.
