Online Banking Services. As indicated by the Enrollment Application, you may use a variety of services offered by Xxxxxx State Bank via the Service. You may sign up for or cancel any service by contacting Xxxxxx State Bank via telephone. As used in this Agreement, the term “electronic fund transfer” has the meaning provided for that term in Regulation E and includes, without limitation, a bank transfer or loan payment (other than a loan payment made by check or other paper item), as these items are defined below.
