Ontario Health Insurance Plan. (a) The Employer shall pay one hundred percent (100%) of the billed premium for the basic coverage of the Ontario Health Insurance Plan for all eligible nurses on the basis of single or family coverage whichever is applicable. (b) The Employer shall pay one hundred percent (100%) of the billed premium for a semi-private hospitalization plan.
