Common use of Ontario Health Insurance Plan Clause in Contracts

Ontario Health Insurance Plan. It is agreed that the Board will reinstate the policy of paying one hundred (100%) percent of the rates of the Ontario Health Insurance Plan should the O.H.I.P. rates change from being employer based through the Employer Health Tax, to being employee based. The O.H.I.P. benefit will be reinstated in accordance with Article 20.01(c) and Article 20.05 of the 1988-90 C.U.P.E. Clerical Collective Agreement and in accordance with the status of O.H.I.P. at the time of ratification of the First Collective Agreement (February 2, 1993) with the Educational Assistants. Dated this 19th day of April, 2004.
