Common use of OPBA Pledge Clause in Contracts

OPBA Pledge. The OPBA agrees not to interfere with the desire of any member to become and remain a member of the OPBA, or to refrain from OPBA membership. The OPBA agrees to fairly represent all members subject to the provisions and procedures set forth in 4117.11(B)(6) and 4117.12 of the Revised Code.

OPBA Pledge. The OPBA OPBA, within the terms of its Constitution and Bylaws, agrees not to interfere with the desire of any member of the Bargaining Unit to become and remain a member of the OPBA, or to refrain from OPBA membership. The OPBA agrees to fairly represent all members of the Bargaining Units subject to the provisions and procedures set forth in Section 4117.11(B)(6) and 4117.12 of the Revised Code.
