OPD Treatment. OPD treatment is one in which the Insured visits a clinic / hospital or associated facility like a consultation room for diagnosis and treatment based on the advice of a Medical Practitioner. The Insured is not admitted as a day care or in-patient.

OPD Treatment. If an Insured Person suffers an Injury due to an Accident during the Policy Period that requires out-patient Treatment then, We shall reimburse the amount up to the limit specified against this benefit in the Policy Schedule / Certificate of Insurance, towards the Medical Expenses incurred in respect of a medical treatment or Surgery for the Injury sustained, provided that: - The Medical Expenses incurred are Reasonable and Customary Charges - Deductible, as mentioned in the Policy Schedule / Certificate of Insurance is applicable in respect of this benefit.
OPD Treatment. If an Insured Person requires OPD Treatment for any of the treatments/tests/consultations specified in the Policy Schedule / Certificate of Insurance, due to Injury or Illness, as specified in the Policy Schedule / Certificate of Insurance, suffered or contracted during the Travel Period, then We will reimburse the costs incurred on Medical Expenses. This Benefit will be payable provided that: a. The OPD Treatment undertaken is for Medically Necessary Treatment and is commenced and continued on the written advice of the treating Medical Practitioner; b. We will reimburse only those Medical Expenses that are in excess of the Deductible; c. We shall not be liable to make any payment in respect of Medical Expenses incurred on the treatment of any Illness relate to any Pre-Existing Disease.
OPD Treatment. OPD Treatment is not covered except for animal bite vaccinations to the extent stated in Section 2.9.

  • National Treatment and Most-favoured-nation Treatment (1) Each Contracting Party shall accord to investments of investors of the other Contracting Party, treatment which shall not be less favourable than that accorded either to investments of its own or investments of investors of any third State.
