Common use of Open Enrollment for Teachers’ Children Clause in Contracts

Open Enrollment for Teachers’ Children. District 281 teachers requesting a school transfer within the Robbinsdale Area Schools for their children and who submit a completed transfer application the Monday after the MEA conference will be included among the first round of approval decisions (made on or about January 15) in the priority order established by the school board and in the order which the application was submitted. All applications will be dated as received on Day 1.
