Open Records Requests. Coordinate with the City Clerk’s Office to assess and fulfill any and all Open Records Requests related to the records of the Parks Bond projects.
Open Records Requests. The City shall use its best efforts to provide timely written notice to Developer of any request received by the City pursuant to the Texas Public‌ Information Act (the “Public Information Act”) requesting (i) Project Revenue information collected, assembled or maintained for the City and to which Project Revenue information the City has contractual access; or (ii) other information held by the City to which Developer may assert “confidential business information” or “trade secret” status under the Public Information Act or which has been specifically designated in writing by Developer as “privileged” or “confidential”, all for the purpose of providing Developer an opportunity to seek to protect such information from disclosure. The City makes no representation as to how the Attorney General of Texas will rule on any open records request, but the Public Information Act governs public information requests. The City agrees to cooperate with Developer in asserting its exemption claims under the Public Information Act.
