Opening Documents. Though opening the software will always provide you with a new document, you may select a new workspace to start a new project at any time. Opening a PDF document in Foxit Reader Start in the Welcome to Foxit Reader window When you start Foxit Reader, a Welcome to Foxit Reader window opens by default.
