OPERATING INFORMATION. FOUNDATION will provide any relevant information requested by CITY concerning FOUNDATION'S Keep Kingsport Beautiful Program including, but not limited to contracts for third party financial arrangements, annual financial statements and audit reports, schedules, and fees.
OPERATING INFORMATION. The parties agree to respond to inquiries made by designated representatives of the parties or their designees in a timely fashion. CITY designates the City Manager as its representative for this Agreement. XXXXXXX designates the Corporate Secretary as its representative for this Agreement. XXXXXXX will provide any relevant information requested by CITY concerning the Small Business Incubator Program of XXXXXXX, including, but not limited to contracts for third party financial arrangements, annual financial statements, and audit reports, schedules, and fees.

OPERATING INFORMATION. Except for forced outages which require the immediate removal of equipment from service to avoid either damage to equipment or risk to personnel or the public, SELLER shall coordinate daily operation of the FACILITY with PECO, as required by Section 592 hereof and good electrical system operating practice. This includes notifying PECO's System Operations Group of any change in operating capability or removal of equipment from service which results in full or partial reductions of FACILITY operating capability.
OPERATING INFORMATION. FIRST TENNESSEE will provide any relevant information requested by CITY concerning FIRST TENNESSEE Family Support Services including, but not limited to, contracts for third party financial arrangements, annual financial statements and audit reports, schedules, and fees.

In the event of a conflict between this Exhibit C-12 and the Agreement, the terms and conditions of this Attachment 1 to Exhibit C-12, with respect to the provision of Precision eMail™ described herein, shall prevail
