Operating Name. The Tenant shall carry on business under the operating name set out in Section 1.01 (i), which the Tenant represents and warrants it is entitled to use, and under no other name or style whatsoever unless such other name or style is first approved in writing by the Landlord, such approval not to be unreasonably withheld.
Operating Name. ASB and ASFG shall not operate any office of ASFG or ASB, or any de novo branch established by it in Florida, under any name associated with CSB or the Target.

All sales, services, and other contact with customers, potential customers, and the public generally will be made by Licensee in the Club Xxxxx Xx name or such other name as Licensee may operate a majority of Club Xxxxx Xx stores and licensed operations existing as of the date hereof. Licensor hereby consents and agrees that Licensee is permitted, for identification and location purposes, to reference the name under which the Location is operated (i.e., "Parisian" or any other name under which the Location is operated from time to time).
Operating Name. For the purpose of this Agreement, all MCC foodservice operations within the scope of this Agreement shall be performed under the name of "Metropolitan Community College Foodservice" or the name of each subject campus or any other mutually agreeable similar name.
