Common use of Operation & Maintenance Manual Clause in Contracts

Operation & Maintenance Manual. 16.2.1 No later than 180 (one hundred and eighty) days prior to the Scheduled Completion Date, the Concessionaire shall, in consultation with the Independent Engineer, evolve an operation and maintenance manual (the “Operation & Maintenance Manual”) for the Operation & Maintenance Requirements (Schedule 10), Safety Requirements (Schedule 13) and Good Industry Practice, and shall provide 5 (five) copies thereof to the Participating ULBs and 2 (two) copies to the Independent Engineer. The Operation & Maintenance Manual shall be revised and updated once every 3 (three) years and the provisions of this Clause 16.2 shall apply, mutatis mutandis, to such revision. 16.2.2 The Operation & Maintenance Manual shall, in particular, include provisions for maintenance of Project Assets and shall provide for life cycle maintenance, routine maintenance and reactive maintenance which may be reasonably necessary for maintenance and repair of the Project Assets, including replacement thereof, such that their overall condition conforms to Good Industry Practice.
