Common use of Operation of Schedule Clause in Contracts

Operation of Schedule. This Schedule operates so that its provisions prevail over the provisions of the Agreement to the extent of any inconsistency between the Schedule and the Agreement. Unless otherwise specified in this Schedule, the provisions of the Agreement will apply. The following clauses from the Agreement will not apply to employees as specified under Clause 2.0 Application of Schedule except as specifically referenced in this Schedule: • Types of Employment • Hours of work • Local Area Agreement • Classification Process • Linked Classifications
