Plug machine in on island Turn Machine on HIGH After 5 Minutes wipe machine clean Begin Cooking- Place dogs on machine approximately 10 at a time Add Hot Dog buns to warm basket approximately 10 at a time Adjust Temperature as needed Hot Dogs are done must be 140 degrees F- Use Thermometer Cleaning: Turn machine on HIGH Use water and wipe off rollers completely Use Purell cleaner to disaffect Remove tray under roller and clean in Sink and clean with disaffect- Rinse and dry after Remove Basket and clean basket in Sink and clean with disaffect- Rinse and dry after Sink, Microwave, and Counter Tops Cleaning: Clean inside and outside of microwave and counter tops with purell Clean sink with soap and water Freezer and Fridge Food Use: Ensure the doors are closed after each use. Cleaning: Remove all items from the fridge and wipe down shelves.
