Turn On means the initiation or restoration of water service by opening a shut-off valve on a service line that has been connected to the District’s water system.
Turn On means the process where the delivery of potable water to the Customer is activated or re-activated. Turn On is normally executed by operating the inlet valve or the master control valve, associated with the Meter setting. In EWSI’s sole discretion, Turn On may be executed by operation of the Curb Cock;
Turn On means to commence the Service to any Owner or any lot by opening a Curb Stop or by such other means as the City finds appropriate;

Turn On means an intentional restoration of the supply of water by the City, from the City water distribution system.
