Operational Arrangements. Provide satisfactory arrangements for the running, operation and management of the Property and the facilities, including the Operator(s) and the management structure, all as set out in the Application (the "Operational Arrangements"). Other documents and evidence Evidence that any other fees, and the costs and expenses then due from the Applicant have been paid or will be paid by the first Drawdown Date. A copy of any other Authorisation or other document, opinion or assurance which the LTA consider to be necessary or desirable in connection with the entry into and performance of the transactions contemplated by any Loan Document or for the validity and enforceability of any Loan Document. – Representations The below representations are deemed to be made by the Applicant by reference to the facts and circumstances then existing on the date of each Drawdown Notice; on each Drawdown Date and on the first day of each Fiscal Quarter.
