Operational Fees includes all necessary licenses, permits and fees not specifically defined as "Recoverable Expenses".
Operational Fees. Operational fees (which may include hosting, maintenance, and transactional charges) for the system will be invoiced on a monthly basis. The first applicable billing date for Operational Fees for a given service will be the Commencement Date.
