Operational Improvement and Security. 5.1.1 SITA and the Customer agree that all source data received by the Service from any source may be anonymized and aggregated by SITA to provide analytics for service improvement. This provision is subject to all other parts of the Agreement, and SITA shall at all times comply with its obligations under the Agreement and under all applicable laws and follow best practices for research.
