Source Data definition

Source Data means those data, recorded during measurement or calibration or used to derive empirical relationships, which identify nuclear material and provide batch data, including: weight of compounds; conversion factors to determine weight of element; specific gravity; element concentration; isotopic ratios; relationship between volume and manometer readings; and relationship between plutonium produced and power generated;
Source Data means information that is summarized, interpreted or reported in the medical record, including x-rays and other diagnostic images.
Source Data means all Personal Health Information, Personal Information, focus group information and organizational practice data obtained from and/or released by Grand River Hospital

Source Data means Identifying Information that was initially collected by an agency that maintains such information within such agency’s recordkeeping system.
Source Data means data provided by AGENCY relating to AGENCY’s account activity or other information collected from the AGENCY in order to process a transaction on a AGENCY’s behalf or otherwise necessary for a AGENCY’s use of Forte’s products and services, whether in individual or aggregate form.
