Operations Department Hours of Work for Conventional Operators. (a) This section applies to all regular employees classified as Operations in Schedule “A” of this Agreement. (b) (i) Regular employees shall be scheduled in shifts of five days per week equalling a minimum of forty hours of paid work each week.
