Report Time. If an employee reports for work in accordance with instructions, he/she shall receive a minimum of eight (8) hours pay at his/her straight time base rate, including shift differential and Cost of Living Adjustment where applicable. Report time will not apply in case of emergency shutdowns arising out of any condition beyond the Company's control. An employee who leaves work of his/her own volition, or because of incapacity (other than industrial injury or illness), or is discharged or suspended after beginning work, will be paid only for the number of hours actually worked during that day. An employee who leaves work because of incapacity due to industrial injury or illness will be paid eight (8) hours pay at his/her straight time base rate, including shift differential and Cost of Living Adjustment where applicable.
Report Time. All bargaining unit members with the exception of paraprofessionals, sign language/educational interpreters, occupational therapy assistants, and physical therapy assistants will arrive ten (10) minutes before the start of the student day. During this time, such bargaining unit members must be in the school building. However, this time may not be assigned by the Principal or other administrator.
Report Time. The report time will consist of ten minutes to perform a pre-trip inspection plus five minutes to perform a post trip inspection, if required. These times shall be built into all the appropriate crew guides when applicable.
Report Time. Operators shall be paid the following report time for taking trolley coaches or motor buses out of the garage to operate in regular scheduled service and charter runs:
Report Time. Company shall give two (2) hour notice prior to start time to cancel a regularly scheduled work day for inclement weather. Only a Company Supervisor will determine when weather is considered inclement. All employees must contact their supervisor to request approval to shut down operations. Employees reporting to the job or at the headquarters shall be paid the minimum of two (2) hours work. Employees shall be required to remain available and perform such work as may be assigned to them. Employees shall not be required to remain available for a longer period of time without being paid for the extended time.
Report Time. The time an operator is required to remain on duty by the Employer at the transit lobby or elsewhere.
Report Time. 1. In domicile, a Flight Attendant shall be required to report, and his/her duty shall commence, sixty (60) minutes prior to his/her first scheduled departure of the day. If such departure is delayed or rescheduled, the commencement of duty shall correspondingly be delayed or rescheduled. Flight Attendants shall be notified by Crew Scheduling if their scheduled report time is delayed by more than forty-five (:45) minutes. If such notification is not made, the original report time and commencement of duty will remain unchanged.
2. Away from domicile, a Flight Attendant shall be required to report, and his/her duty shall commence, forty-five (45) minutes prior to his/her scheduled flight departure of the day. If such departure is delayed or rescheduled, the commencement of duty shall correspondingly be delayed or rescheduled. Flight Attendants shall be notified by Crew Scheduling if their scheduled report time is delayed by more than one (1) hour. If such notification is not made, the original report time and commencement of duty will remain unchanged.
Report Time. A recalled nurse who has been laid off will be allowed up to twenty-one (21) days to report to work after receipt of notice of recall.
Report Time. Allowance for ten (10) minutes report time, at the regular rate, shall be paid to each Operator for each day worked. This is to provide the Operators with sufficient time to report, read bulletins posted on the Boards, perform a walk-around check of their vehicle and be prepared to leave the Operations Facility or the Downtown Terminal at the start time of the assignment.
Report Time. Operators shall be paid 15 minutes report time for taking buses out of the garage to operate in regular scheduled service and charter runs.
