Operator Passthrough Service. At GNAPS’s option, BA will, provide GNAPS's Customers with operator passthrough service to access their presubscribed Interexchange Carrier’s operators for operator assisted call completion. Such access will be available only where the presubscribed IXC provides operator services for GNAPS's Customers for calls originating from a particular LATA, and where the IXC OS has the capability to receive calls passed from BA within the LATA. If an IXC does not provide operator services for GNAPS's Customer, BA will provide GNAPS's Customer with access to an IXC designated operator services provider or to a BA provided announcement which will direct GNAPS's Customer to contact the Customer’s presubscribed IXC for dialing instructions. The Operator Passthrough charge is applied on an operator work second basis, and rated using the 0- operator handled calls in Exhibit A. GNAPS will be charged for calls passed through to either the Presubscribed IXC's operator, or to a BA provided recording indicating that the IXC does not provide service in that area. Operator Passthrough Service. This option provides COVAD's end users with access to operators of their Presubscribed Interexchange Carriers ("IC") for operator assisted call completion. This option applies only when the Presubscribed IC provides Operator Services for COVAD's end users for calls originating from a particular LATA and is capable of receiving calls passed through it by XXXX ATLANTIC in that LATA. XXXX ATLANTIC will, when requested by COVAD's end user, connect that end user to a specified IC for operator call completion provided that IC offers operator services in that end user's originating LATA and is capable of receiving calls passed through to it by XXXX ATLANTIC in that LATA. If the IC does not provide Operator Services for COVAD's end user, at the option of the IC, XXXX ATLANTIC will provide COVAD's end user with access to an IC designated Operator Services Provider or to a XXXX ATLANTIC provided announcement which will direct COVAD's end user to contact their Presubscribed IC for dialing instructions. The Operator Passthrough charge is applied on an operator work second basis, and rated using the 0-Operator Handled calls in Part IV. COVAD will be assessed this charge on calls that are passed through to either the Presubscribed IC's operator, or a XXXX ATLANTIC provided recording indicating that the IC does not provide service in that area. Rates and charges applied to Operator Passthrough Service are set forth in Part IV.
Operator Passthrough Service. At ANTC’s election, NYNEX shall provide ANTC’s end users with access to operators of their Presubscribed IXC for operator assisted call completion pursuant to the following terms and conditions: 25.11.1 This option applies only when the Presubscribed IXC provides Operator Services for ANTC’s end users for calls originating from a particular LATA and is capable of receiving calls passed through it by NYNEX in that LATA. 25.11.2 NYNEX will, when requested by ANTC’s end user, connect that end user to a specified IXC for operator call completion provided that IXC offers operator services in that end user’s originating LATA and is capable of receiving calls passed through to it by NYNEX in that LATA. 25.11.3 If the IXC does not provide Operator Services for ANTC’s end user, at the option of the IXC, NYNEX will provide ANTC’s end user with access to an IXC designated Operator Services Provider or to a NYNEX provided announcement which will direct ANTC’s end user to contact their Presubscribed IXC for dialing instructions. 25.11.4 The Operator Passthrough charge is applied on an operator work second basis, and rated using the 0-Operator Handled calls in the Pricing Attachment. 25.11.5 ANTC will be assessed this charge on calls that are passed through to either the Presubscribed IXC’s operator, or a NYNEX provided recording indicating that the IXC does not provide service in that area. 25.11.6 Rates and charges applied to Operator Passthrough Service are set forth in the Pricing Attachment.

Such access will be available only where the presubscribed IXC provides operator services for MGC's Customers for calls originating from a particular LATA, and where the IXC OS has the capability to receive calls passed from BA within the LATA. If an IXC does not provide operator services for MGC's Customer, BA will provide MGC's Customer with access to an IXC designated operator services provider or to a BA MGC COMMUNICATIONS, INC. - XXXX ATLANTIC Interconnection Agreement provided announcement which will direct MGC's Customer to contact the Customer's presubscribed IXC for dialing instructions. The Operator Passthrough charge is applied on an operator work second basis, and rated using the 0- operator handled calls in Exhibit A. MGC will be charged for calls passed through to either the Presubscribed IXC's operator, or to a BA provided recording indicating that the IXC does not provide service in that area.   • Elevator Service If the Building is equipped with elevators, Landlord, during Normal Business Hours of Building, shall furnish elevator service to Tenant to be used in common with others. At least one elevator shall remain in service during all other hours. Landlord may designate a specific elevator for use as a service elevator.

  • Interconnection Service Interconnection Service allows the Interconnection Customer to connect the Large Generating Facility to the Participating TO’s Transmission System and be eligible to deliver the Large Generating Facility’s output using the available capacity of the CAISO Controlled Grid. To the extent the Interconnection Customer wants to receive Interconnection Service, the Participating TO shall construct facilities identified in Appendices A and C that the Participating TO is responsible to construct.

  • Network Interconnection Architecture Each Party will plan, design, construct and maintain the facilities within their respective systems as are necessary and proper for the provision of traffic covered by this Agreement. These facilities include but are not limited to, a sufficient number of trunks to the point of interconnection with the tandem company, and sufficient interoffice and interexchange facilities and trunks between its own central offices to adequately handle traffic between all central offices within the service areas at a P.01 grade of service or better. The provisioning and engineering of such services and facilities will comply with generally accepted industry methods and practices, and will observe the rules and regulations of the lawfully established tariffs applicable to the services provided.

  • Service Areas HHSC authorizes the MA Dual SNP to add the MA Product to Texas service areas that are not identified in Attachment C, Proposed MA Product Service Areas, provided it receives prior CMS approval and complies with the notice requirements specified in this Agreement.

  • Scope of Interconnection Service 1.3.1 The NYISO will provide Energy Resource Interconnection Service and Capacity Resource Interconnection Service to Interconnection Customer at the Point of Interconnection. 1.3.2 This Agreement does not constitute an agreement to purchase or deliver the Interconnection Customer’s power. The purchase or delivery of power and other services that the Interconnection Customer may require will be covered under separate agreements, if any, or applicable provisions of NYISO’s or Connecting Transmission Owner’s tariffs. The Interconnection Customer will be responsible for separately making all necessary arrangements (including scheduling) for delivery of electricity in accordance with the applicable provisions of the ISO OATT and Connecting Transmission Owner’s tariff. The execution of this Agreement does not constitute a request for, nor agreement to, provide Energy, any Ancillary Services or Installed Capacity under the NYISO Services Tariff or any Connecting Transmission Owner’s tariff. If Interconnection Customer wishes to supply or purchase Energy, Installed Capacity or Ancillary Services, then Interconnection Customer will make application to do so in accordance with the NYISO Services Tariff or Connecting Transmission Owner’s tariff.

  • Basic Service As defined in M.G.L. c. 164, § 1 and in orders of the Department, as amended or promulgated, as the case may be, from time to time.

Size of neutral conductor of 3- phase circuits shall be twice that of phase conductor to accommodate potential harmonic currents associated with computer system electronic power supplies and fluorescent lighting fixtures electronic ballasts.

  • Service Area (a) SORACOM shall provide the SORACOM Air Global Service within the area designated on the web site of SORACOM (the “Service Area”), provided, that, the Service Area may be different if stated otherwise as specified by SORACOM separately. However, within the Service Area, you may not use the SORACOM Air Global Service in places where transmissions are difficult to send or receive. (b) The parties of this Agreement acknowledge that there may be countries or locations within which SORACOM may be restricted from providing the SORACOM Air Global Service due to applicable laws, regulations, decisions, rules or orders (“Restrictions”). During the Term, SORACOM will use reasonable efforts to monitor whether there are any such Restrictions. SORACOM may in its sole discretion and at any time, suspend, discontinue, limit, or modify the SORACOM Air Global Service or impose additional requirements on the provision of the SORACOM Air Global Service, as may be reasonably required to comply with any such Restrictions. (c) In no event will SORACOM be required to provide the SORACOM Air Global Service in countries or locations, or in a manner that would be in violation of the Restrictions and its failure to provide the SORACOM Air Global Service due to the Restrictions will not be deemed to be a breach of its obligations under this Agreement. (d) In the event that any Restriction, or any change in applicable law, regulation, decision, rule or order materially or adversely affects the delivery of the SORACOM Air Global Service (including the economic viability thereof), SORACOM will notify Subscribers in writing and the parties will negotiate in good faith regarding changes to this Agreement. If the parties cannot reach agreement within 30 days after notification from SORACOM requesting renegotiation, SORACOM may terminate the Agreement upon 30 days’ written notice to the Subscriber.

  • Utility Service To the extent commercially reasonable and practicable, the Sellers and Purchaser shall obtain xxxxxxxx and meter readings as of the Business Day preceding the Closing Date to aid in the proration of charges for gas, electricity and other utility services which are not the direct responsibility of Tenants. If such xxxxxxxx or meter readings as of the Business Day preceding the Closing Date are obtained, adjustments for any costs, expenses, charges or fees shown thereon shall be made in accordance with such xxxxxxxx or meter readings. If such xxxxxxxx or meter readings as of the Business Day preceding the Closing Date are not available for a utility service, the charges therefor shall be adjusted at the Closing on the basis of the per diem charges for the most recent prior period for which bills were issued and shall be further adjusted at the Final Closing Adjustment on the basis of the actual bills for the period in which the Closing takes place. Each Property’s Seller shall receive a credit at Closing for the Utility Deposits, if any, that are transferred or made available to Purchaser and that are held by applicable utility companies for the account of such Seller in respect of services provided to such Seller’s Property or Properties. Purchaser shall arrange for placing all utility services and bills in its own name as of the Closing Date.
