Operator Service. An Operator Service is a Long Distance Service provided by the Company that includes, as a component, any automatic or live assistance to a Customer to arrange for billing or completion, or both, of the Long Distance Service.
Operator Service consists of all call completion functions performed either by a live operator or by automated systems. Such functions include collect calling, third party billing and calling card services. Access to Willxxxx Xxxrator Services can be obtained by the following dialing methods: (A) "00" from a telephone subscribed to Willxxxx Xxxwork in a Feature Group D (FGD) area; (B) "0+ (NPA-NXX-XXXX)" from a telephone subscribed to Willxxxx Xxxwork in a FGD area; (C) "101XXXX+0: from any non-pay telephone in FGD area; and (D) "1-800-XXXX" from an location.

9.2.1.1 Operator Service provides: (1) operator handling for call completion (for example, collect, third number billing, and manual credit card calls), (2) operator or automated assistance for billing after the customer has dialed the called number (for example, credit card calls); and (3) special services including but not limited to Busy Line Verification and Emergency Line Interrupt (XXX), Emergency Agency Call, Operator-assisted Directory Assistance, and Rate Quotes.

Operator Service. Operator Service is a Long Distance Service provided by the Company that includes, as a component, any automatic or live assistance to a Customer to arrange for billing or completion, or both, of the Long Distance Service. The term "Operator Services Call" denotes an operator assisted call wherein the person originating the call is assisted by an operator but does not specify a particular person, department or extension to be reached through a PBX attendant. The term "Other Common Carrier" denotes a common carrier, other than CLDS, providing domestic or international communications service to the public. A call which is placed under the stipulation that the caller will speak only to a specific called party. Such a call is not completed until either the specific party named by the caller is contacted, or the caller agrees to speak to a different party. The term "Points of Presence" denotes the sites where CLDS provides a network interface with facilities provided by Other Common Carriers, Local Exchange Carriers or Customers for access to the local area network.

12.2.2.1 When Supra Telecommunications and Information Systems, Inc. requests BellSouth to provide Operator Services, the following requirements apply:
Operator Service. Operator represents and warrants to Deem that: (i) it has the right to provide the Operator Service and the licenses granted herein; and (ii) the services provided hereunder shall be performed, as applicable, by qualified individuals, in a professional and workmanlike manner, and in accordance with industry standards.
