Customized Routing. Where Currently Available and upon receipt of a written BFR from NEN as described in Article VII, Section 15, GTE agrees to provide customized routing for the following types of calls: 0- 1+411 0+HNPA-555-1212 (intraLATA, only when intraLATA presubscription is not available) 1+HNPA-555-1212 (intraLATA, only when intraLATA presubscription is not available).
11.1 GTE will provide NEN a list of switches that can provide customized routing using line class codes or similar method (regardless of current capacity limitations). NEN will return a list of these switches ranked in priority order. GTE will return to NEN a schedule for customized routing in the switches with existing capabilities and capacity.
11.2 In response to the BFR from NEN, GTE will provide NEN with applicable charges, and terms and conditions, for providing OS and DA, branding, and customized routing.
11.3 Subject to the above provisions, GTE will choose the method of implementing customized outing of OS and DA calls.
11.4 When GTE agrees to provide customized routing to NEN, NEN will be required to establish Dedicated Transport in order to route OS/DA traffic to the designated platform. If unbundled Dedicated Transport is used to route OS/DA traffic to the designated platform, NEN must purchase a Trunk Side port and establish a collocation arrangement in accordance with Section 2.3 of this Article. The rates for these UNEs will be billed in accordance with Appendix D. If the Dedicated Transport used to route OS/DA traffic to the designated platform is ordered out of the applicable access tariff, no collocation arrangement or Trunk Side port is required.

Where Currently Available and upon receipt of a written request from SPRINT, VERIZON agrees to provide customized routing for the following types of calls: 0- 1+411 0+HNPA-555-1212 (intraLATA, only when intraLATA presubscription is not available) 1+HNPA-555-1212 (intraLATA, only when intraLATA presubscription is not available). Upon request, VERIZON will provide SPRINT a list of switches that can provide customized routing using line class codes or similar method (regardless of current capacity limitations). SPRINT will return a list of these switches ranked in priority order. VERIZON will return to SPRINT a schedule for customized routing in the switches with existing capabilities and capacity. In response to the written request from SPRINT, VERIZON will provide SPRINT with applicable charges, and terms and conditions, for providing OS and DA, branding, and customized routing. For those offices that SPRINT has requested VERIZON to rebrand and/or unbrand OS and DA, VERIZON will provide it where VERIZON performs its own OS and DA service subject to capability and capacity limitations where Customized Routing is Currently Available. If VERIZON uses a third- party contractor to provide OS or DA, VERIZON will not provide branding nor will VERIZON negotiate it with a third party on behalf of SPRINT. SPRINT must negotiate with the third party. In these instances, SPRINT will need to purchase customized routing to differentiate OS/DA traffic from VERIZON’s.
3.7.1 Sprint may brand the resale services that VERIZON provides to Sprint under the provisions of this Agreement. VERIZON will not brand such resale services provided to Sprint under this Agreement as being VERIZON services.
3.7.2 In all cases of operator and directory assistance services Sprint provides using services provided by VERIZON under this Agreement, VERIZON shall, where technically feasible, at Sprint’s sole discretion and expense, brand any and all such services at all points of customer contact exclusively as Sprint services, or otherwise as Sprint may specify, or be provided with not brand at all, as Sprint shall determine.
3.7.3 Upon Sprint’s request and where technically feasible, VERIZON shall route directory assistance calls including 411 and (NPA) 555-1212 dialed by Sprint’s customers directly to the Sprint platform.

12.1.1 GTE will provide DTI a list of switches that can provide customized routing using line class codes or similar method (regardless of current capacity limitations). When GTE agrees to provide customized routing to CCI, CCI will be responsible for the transport to route OS/DA traffic to the designated platform.

In response to the written request from Gulf Coast, GTE will provide Gulf Coast with applicable charges, and terms and conditions, for providing OS and DA, branding, and customized routing. When GTE agrees to provide customized routing to Gulf Coast, Gulf Coast will be responsible for the transport to route OS/DA traffic to the designated platform.

In response to the written request from ServiSense, Verizon will provide ServiSense with applicable charges, and terms and conditions, for providing OS and/or DA, branding, and customized routing. When Verizon agrees to provide customized routing to ServiSense, ServiSense will be responsible for the transport to route OS/DA traffic to the designated platform.

12.1 GTE will provide MEBTEL a list of switches that can provide customized routing using line class codes or similar method (regardless of current capacity limitations). MEBTEL will return a list of these switches ranked in priority order. GTE will return to MEBTEL a schedule for customized routing in the switches with existing capabilities and capacity.
12.2 In response to the BFR from MEBTEL, GTE will provide MEBTEL with applicable charges, and terms and conditions, for providing OS and DA, branding, and customized routing.
12.3 Subject to the above provisions, GTE will choose the method of implementing customized routing of OS and DA calls.
12.4 When GTE agrees to provide customized routing to MEBTEL, MEBTEL will be required to establish Dedicated Transport in order to route OS/DA traffic to the designated platform. If unbundled Dedicated Transport is used to route OS/DA traffic to the designated platform, MEBTEL must purchase a Trunk Side port and establish a collocation arrangement in accordance with Section 2.3 of this Article. The rates for these UNEs will be billed in accordance with Appendix D. If the Dedicated Transport used to route OS/DA traffic to the designated platform is ordered out of the applicable access tariff, no collocation arrangement or Trunk Side port is required.

6.1 Upon request, GTE will provide a list of switches that can provide customized routing using line class codes or a similar method (regardless of current capacity limitation). From that list USX will provide a list of switches in priority order where customized routing is desired for all USX customers served out of that switch. GTE will then provide a schedule for providing customized routing in the switches with existing capabilities and capacity.
6.2 Rates and prices for customized routing are not included as part of this agreement. Such rates and prices will be negotiated at the time USX makes a written request for customized routing. The Parties agree that USX retains its rights under the Act to pursue mediation or arbitration on the issue of rates and price under this section 6.2 if the Parties cannot reach agreement.
6.3 Subject to the above provisions, GTE will choose the method of implementing customized routing.
6.4 The use of customized routing will require the purchase of a trunk side port and dedicated facilities between the GTE end office and the designated OS/DA platform. The rates for these items are specified in Appendix F.
6.5 USX, if it selects customized routing, shall use such customized routing for all (and not less than all) resold services and unbundled line side ports that USX purchases from the selected GTE switch.

11.1.2 Upon written request from Tallgrass, GTE will provide Tallgrass with applicable charges, and terms and conditions, for providing OS and DA, branding, and Customized Routing.
