Opinion of Patent Counsel for the Company. You shall have received on the First Closing Date, or the Second Closing Date, as the case may be, an opinion of Pillxxxxx, Xxdison & Sutro LLP, patent counsel for the Company substantially in the form of Exhibit C attached hereto.
Opinion of Patent Counsel for the Company. On the Closing Date, the Representative shall have received the opinion of Pxxxxxxx Oxxxxx Xxxxxxxxxxx, special patent counsel for the Company with respect to intellectual property matters, dated as of such date, in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B-1, with executed copies for each of the other Underwriters named on the Prospectus cover page.
Opinion of Patent Counsel for the Company. The Representatives shall have received an opinion, dated such Closing Date, of Brinks Xxxxx Xxxxxx & Xxxxx, patent counsel for the Company, substantially in the form set forth on Annex B.
Opinion of Patent Counsel for the Company. On the Closing Date, the Representative shall have received the opinion of Seed Intellectual Property Law Group PLLC, special patent counsel for the Company with respect to intellectual property matters, dated as of such date, in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B-2, with executed copies for each of the other Underwriters named on the Prospectus cover page.
Opinion of Patent Counsel for the Company. At Closing Time, the Representatives shall have received a signed opinion of Sixbey, Friedman, Xxxxxx and Xxxxxxxx, P.C., special patent and trademark counsel for the Company, dated as of Closing Time, together with signed or reproduced copies of such opinion for each of the other Underwriters, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to counsel of the Underwriters, to the effect set forth in Exhibit F hereto.
Opinion of Patent Counsel for the Company. On each of the First Closing Date and the Second Closing Date the Representatives shall have received the favorable opinion of each of Txxxxxxx, Txxxxxxx and Crew, LLP, Sxxxxxxx Xxxx P.C., and Klarquist Sxxxxxxx Cxxxxxxx Xxxxx & Wxxxxxxx, LLP, patent counsel for the Company, dated as of such Closing Date, the form of which is attached as Exhibit B (and the Representatives shall have received an additional [ ] conformed copies of such counsel’s legal opinion for each of the several Underwriters).

On each of the First Closing Date and the Second Closing Date, the Representatives shall have received the favorable opinion of Crosby, Heafy, Xxxxx & May, patent counsel for the Company, dated as of such Closing Date, the form of which is attached as EXHIBIT B (and the Representatives shall have received an additional 2 conformed copies of such counsel's legal opinion).
Opinion of Patent Counsel for the Company. You shall have received on the First Closing Date or the Second Closing Date, as the case may be, an opinion of Wolf, Greenfield & Sacks, P.C., patent counsel for the Company substantially in the form of EXHIBIT C attached hereto.
Opinion of Patent Counsel for the Company. At the Closing Time, the Representatives shall have received the favorable opinion, dated as of the Closing Time, of Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxx & Xxxxxx, LLP, patent counsel for the Company, in the form and substance satisfactory to counsel for the Underwriters, together with signed or reproduced copies of such letter for each of the other Underwriters to the effect set forth in Exhibit C hereto and to such further effect as counsel to the Underwriters may reasonably request. Such counsel may state that, insofar as such opinion involves factual matters, he has relied, to the extent he deems proper, upon certificates of officers of the Company and certificates of public officials.
