Common use of Optional Dependent Insurance Clause in Contracts

Optional Dependent Insurance. Employees in the unit who qualify for and wish to carry optional dependent insurance may do so on a payroll deduction basis at their own expense. This option must be exercised each school year, subject to the limitations of Section 2.
