Optional Oral Presentation. Vendors remaining in a competitive posture near the end of the evaluation may be requested to make an oral presentation. This presentation must be in person in Jackson, Mississippi at the Vendor’s expense and conducted within seven (7) calendar days of notification. The presentation must be made by the Vendor’s proposals project principal. The presentation is intended to give the State an opportunity to become acquainted with the Vendor’s project principal, receive a first-hand understanding of the proposal and engage in a question-and-answer session.
