ORDER MODIFICATION. Elk Ridge may notify Seller of changes to the Services and subsequently confirm such changes in writing. If the price or time required for performance is affected, Elk Ridge shall equitably adjust the price or time, as applicable. No change by Seller shall be recognized without written approval of Elk Ridge. Seller must make a written claim for an adjustment to the performance period or price within 10 days from the date of receipt of notice of a change in the Services. Nothing in this Section shall excuse Seller from proceeding with performance of the Services as modified by Elk Ridge.

ORDER MODIFICATION. The Customer may specify or modify the types and quantities of items listed in Customer’s Order until 14 days before the Event Date without incurring a modification fee. If Customer makes an order modification within 14 days of the Event Date, then Caterer will charge an additional % to Order Total due on Final Payment.
ORDER MODIFICATION. Buyer may at any time, by written notice to Seller, make changes in the specifications, quantities, delivery schedules and shipping instructions in an Order. Seller will notify Buyer within 10 days if any such change increases or decrease Seller’s cost of performing the Order or the time required for its performance in which case an equitable adjustment shall be agreed upon by the Parties. Any stenographic or clerical errors of Buyer in any Order are subject to correction by Buyer.
ORDER MODIFICATION. 7.1 E-finity Leads Ltd may modify Order terms at anytime. 7.2 Where Order terms are modified by E-finity Leads Ltd these modifications will not become binding on the Buyer until accepted by the Buyer via the E-finity Leads Platform. 7.3 The Buyer may modify the Order via the E-finity Leads Platform and in accordance with the modification terms specific to the Order.

ORDER MODIFICATION. An order of the Bankruptcy Court shall be entered in any of the Chapter 11 Cases amending, supplementing, modifying, staying for a period in excess of ten (10) days, reversing, vacating or otherwise modifying any of the Orders or any DIP Loan Document, or any GC Party shall apply for authority to do so, absent the prior written consent of the DIP Agents and the DIP Lenders.
ORDER MODIFICATION. Any change to the Products and Services induced by the Seller after receipt of an Order shall be notified for approval to the Customer and shall become binding upon both Parties if no written objection is raised within eight (8) working days from the date of such notification by the Seller. If the Customer issues a written objection within the relevant period, the Parties shall negotiate in good faith to reach a mutual agreement. If an agreement is not reached within thirty (30) days of the issuance of an objection, the Order shall be deemed cancelled without further formalities, provided that if the Seller specifically manufactured or purchased part or all the Products or started performing the Services, the Customer shall accept such Products and Services and/or part thereof and pay relevant prices as reasonably determined by the Seller and which shall not exceed the prices of the Binding Order as determined pursuant to Section 5 “Prices” hereunder. Any cancellation, modification and/or reduction in the terms and conditions of a Binding Order by the Customer is subject to the prior written approval of the Seller. Cancellation, modification or reduction of the Binding Order by the Customer may result in additional charges to the Customer and the Seller reserves its rights to retain any advance payment made by the Customer.
