Common use of Ordering and Maintenance Clause in Contracts

Ordering and Maintenance. MMG shall use Verizon’s electronic Operations Support System access platforms to submit Orders and requests for maintenance and repair of Services, and to engage in other pre-ordering, ordering, provisioning, maintenance and repair transactions. If Verizon has not yet deployed an electronic capability for MMG to perform a pre-ordering, ordering, provisioning, maintenance or repair, transaction offered by Verizon, MMG shall use such other processes as Verizon has made available for performing such transaction (including, but not limited, to submission of Orders by telephonic facsimile transmission and placing trouble reports by voice telephone transmission).

Ordering and Maintenance. MMG MHT shall use Verizon’s electronic Operations Support System access platforms to submit Orders and requests for maintenance and repair of Services, and to engage in other pre-ordering, ordering, provisioning, maintenance and repair transactions. If Verizon has not yet deployed an electronic capability for MMG MHT to perform a pre-ordering, ordering, provisioning, maintenance or repair, transaction offered by Verizon, MMG MHT shall use such other processes as Verizon has made available for performing such transaction (including, but not limited, to submission of Orders by telephonic facsimile transmission and placing trouble reports by voice telephone transmission).

Ordering and Maintenance. MMG Wide Voice shall use Verizon’s electronic Operations Support System access platforms to submit Orders and requests for maintenance and repair of Services, and to engage in other pre-ordering, ordering, provisioning, maintenance and repair transactions. If Verizon has not yet deployed an electronic capability for MMG Wide Voice to perform a pre-pre- ordering, ordering, provisioning, maintenance or repair, transaction offered by Verizon, MMG Wide Voice shall use such other processes as Verizon has made available for performing such transaction (including, but not limited, to submission of Orders by telephonic facsimile transmission and placing trouble reports by voice telephone transmission).

If Verizon has not yet deployed an electronic capability for MMG NL to perform a pre-ordering, ordering, provisioning, maintenance or repair, transaction offered by Verizon, MMG NL shall use such other processes as Verizon has made available for performing such transaction (including, but not limited, to submission of Orders by telephonic facsimile transmission and placing trouble reports by voice telephone transmission).

If Verizon has not yet deployed an electronic capability for MMG Tech Com to perform a pre-pre- ordering, ordering, provisioning, maintenance or repair, transaction offered by Verizon, MMG Tech Com shall use such other processes as Verizon has made available for performing such transaction (including, but not limited, to submission of Orders by telephonic facsimile transmission and placing trouble reports by voice telephone transmission).

MMG Intrado shall use Verizon’s electronic Operations Support System access platforms to submit Orders and requests for maintenance and repair of Services, and to engage in other pre-ordering, ordering, provisioning, maintenance and repair transactions. If Verizon has not yet deployed an electronic capability for MMG Intrado to perform a pre-pre- ordering, ordering, provisioning, maintenance or repair, transaction offered by Verizon, MMG Intrado shall use such other processes as Verizon has made available for performing such transaction (including, but not limited, to submission of Orders by telephonic facsimile transmission and placing trouble reports by voice telephone transmission).

MMG Selectel shall use Verizon’s electronic Operations Support System access platforms to submit Orders and requests for maintenance and repair of Services, and to engage in other pre-ordering, ordering, provisioning, maintenance and repair transactions. If Verizon has not yet deployed an electronic capability for MMG Selectel to perform a pre-pre- ordering, ordering, provisioning, maintenance or repair, transaction offered by Verizon, MMG Selectel shall use such other processes as Verizon has made available for performing such transaction (including, but not limited, to submission of Orders by telephonic facsimile transmission and placing trouble reports by voice telephone transmission).

MMG LNS shall use Verizon’s electronic Operations Support System access platforms to submit Orders and requests for maintenance and repair of Services, and to engage in other pre-ordering, ordering, provisioning, maintenance and repair transactions. If Verizon has not yet deployed an electronic capability for MMG LNS to perform a pre-ordering, ordering, provisioning, maintenance or repair, transaction offered by Verizon, MMG LNS shall use such other processes as Verizon has made available for performing such transaction (including, but not limited, to submission of Orders by telephonic facsimile transmission and placing trouble reports by voice telephone transmission).

MMG Prepaid shall use Verizon’s electronic Operations Support System access platforms to submit Orders and requests for maintenance and repair of Services, and to engage in other pre-ordering, ordering, provisioning, maintenance and repair transactions. If Verizon has not yet deployed an electronic capability for MMG Prepaid to perform a pre-pre- ordering, ordering, provisioning, maintenance or repair, transaction offered by Verizon, MMG Prepaid shall use such other processes as Verizon has made available for performing such transaction (including, but not limited, to submission of Orders by telephonic facsimile transmission and placing trouble reports by voice telephone transmission).

If Verizon has not yet deployed an electronic capability for MMG Prospeed to perform a pre-pre- ordering, ordering, provisioning, maintenance or repair, transaction offered by Verizon, MMG Prospeed shall use such other processes as Verizon has made available for performing such transaction (including, but not limited, to submission of Orders by telephonic facsimile transmission and placing trouble reports by voice telephone transmission).

MMG New Access shall use Verizon’s electronic Operations Support System access platforms to submit Orders and requests for maintenance and repair of Services, and to engage in other pre-ordering, ordering, provisioning, maintenance and repair transactions. If Verizon has not yet deployed an electronic capability for MMG New Access to perform a pre-pre- ordering, ordering, provisioning, maintenance or repair, transaction offered by Verizon, MMG New Access shall use such other processes as Verizon has made available for performing such transaction (including, but not limited, to submission of Orders by telephonic facsimile transmission and placing trouble reports by voice telephone transmission).

Ordering and Maintenance. MMG Quality Tel shall use Verizon’s electronic Operations Support System access platforms to submit Orders and requests for maintenance and repair of Services, and to engage in other pre-ordering, ordering, provisioning, maintenance and repair transactions. If Verizon has not yet deployed an electronic capability for MMG Quality Tel to perform a pre-pre- ordering, ordering, provisioning, maintenance or repair, transaction offered by Verizon, MMG Quality Tel shall use such other processes as Verizon has made available for performing such transaction (including, but not limited, to submission of Orders by telephonic facsimile transmission and placing trouble reports by voice telephone transmission).

Ordering and Maintenance. MMG Xxxxxx shall use Verizon’s electronic Operations Support System access platforms to submit Orders and requests for maintenance and repair of Services, and to engage in other pre-ordering, ordering, provisioning, maintenance and repair transactions. If Verizon has not yet deployed an electronic capability for MMG Xxxxxx to perform a pre-pre- ordering, ordering, provisioning, maintenance or repair, transaction offered by Verizon, MMG Marion shall use such other processes as Verizon has made available for performing such transaction (including, but not limited, to submission of Orders by telephonic facsimile transmission and placing trouble reports by voice telephone transmission).

MMG NOW shall use Verizon’s electronic Operations Support System access platforms to submit Orders and requests for maintenance and repair of Services, and to engage in other pre-ordering, ordering, provisioning, maintenance and repair transactions. If Verizon has not yet deployed an electronic capability for MMG NOW to perform a pre-ordering, ordering, provisioning, maintenance or repair, transaction offered by Verizon, MMG NOW shall use such other processes as Verizon has made available for performing such transaction (including, but not limited, to submission of Orders by telephonic facsimile transmission and placing trouble reports by voice telephone transmission).

MMG IG2 shall use Verizon’s electronic Operations Support System access platforms to submit Orders and requests for maintenance and repair of Services, and to engage in other pre-pre- ordering, ordering, provisioning, maintenance and repair transactions. If Verizon has not yet deployed an electronic capability for MMG IG2 to perform a pre-ordering, ordering, provisioning, maintenance or repair, transaction offered by Verizon, MMG IG2 shall use such other processes as Verizon has made available for performing such transaction (including, but not limited, to submission of Orders by telephonic facsimile transmission and placing trouble reports by voice telephone transmission).
