Common use of Ordering and Maintenance Clause in Contracts

Ordering and Maintenance. MHT shall use Verizon’s electronic Operations Support System access platforms to submit Orders and requests for maintenance and repair of Services, and to engage in other pre-ordering, ordering, provisioning, maintenance and repair transactions. If Verizon has not yet deployed an electronic capability for MHT to perform a pre-ordering, ordering, provisioning, maintenance or repair, transaction offered by Verizon, MHT shall use such other processes as Verizon has made available for performing such transaction (including, but not limited, to submission of Orders by telephonic facsimile transmission and placing trouble reports by voice telephone transmission).

Ordering and Maintenance. MHT Wide Voice shall use Verizon’s electronic Operations Support System access platforms to submit Orders and requests for maintenance and repair of Services, and to engage in other pre-ordering, ordering, provisioning, maintenance and repair transactions. If Verizon has not yet deployed an electronic capability for MHT Wide Voice to perform a pre-pre- ordering, ordering, provisioning, maintenance or repair, transaction offered by Verizon, MHT Wide Voice shall use such other processes as Verizon has made available for performing such transaction (including, but not limited, to submission of Orders by telephonic facsimile transmission and placing trouble reports by voice telephone transmission).

MHT Tech Com shall use Verizon’s electronic Operations Support System access platforms to submit Orders and requests for maintenance and repair of Services, and to engage in other pre-ordering, ordering, provisioning, maintenance and repair transactions. If Verizon has not yet deployed an electronic capability for MHT Tech Com to perform a pre-pre- ordering, ordering, provisioning, maintenance or repair, transaction offered by Verizon, MHT Tech Com shall use such other processes as Verizon has made available for performing such transaction (including, but not limited, to submission of Orders by telephonic facsimile transmission and placing trouble reports by voice telephone transmission).

If Verizon has not yet deployed an electronic capability for MHT Prospeed to perform a pre-pre- ordering, ordering, provisioning, maintenance or repair, transaction offered by Verizon, MHT Prospeed shall use such other processes as Verizon has made available for performing such transaction (including, but not limited, to submission of Orders by telephonic facsimile transmission and placing trouble reports by voice telephone transmission).

MHT Comcast shall use Verizon’s electronic Operations Support System access platforms to submit Orders and requests for maintenance and repair of Services, and to engage in other pre-ordering, ordering, provisioning, maintenance and repair transactions. If Verizon has not yet deployed an electronic capability for MHT Comcast to perform a pre-pre- ordering, ordering, provisioning, maintenance or repair, transaction offered by Verizon, MHT Comcast shall use such other processes as Verizon has made available for performing such transaction (including, but not limited, to submission of Orders by telephonic facsimile transmission and placing trouble reports by voice telephone transmission).

MHT New Access shall use Verizon’s electronic Operations Support System access platforms to submit Orders and requests for maintenance and repair of Services, and to engage in other pre-ordering, ordering, provisioning, maintenance and repair transactions. If Verizon has not yet deployed an electronic capability for MHT New Access to perform a pre-pre- ordering, ordering, provisioning, maintenance or repair, transaction offered by Verizon, MHT New Access shall use such other processes as Verizon has made available for performing such transaction (including, but not limited, to submission of Orders by telephonic facsimile transmission and placing trouble reports by voice telephone transmission).

MHT Bandwidth shall use Verizon’s electronic Operations Support System access platforms to submit Orders and requests for maintenance and repair of Services, and to engage in other pre-ordering, ordering, provisioning, maintenance and repair transactions. If Verizon has not yet deployed an electronic capability for MHT Bandwidth to perform a pre-pre- ordering, ordering, provisioning, maintenance or repair, transaction offered by Verizon, MHT Bandwidth shall use such other processes as Verizon has made available for performing such transaction (including, but not limited, to submission of Orders by telephonic facsimile transmission and placing trouble reports by voice telephone transmission).

MHT Selectel shall use Verizon’s electronic Operations Support System access platforms to submit Orders and requests for maintenance and repair of Services, and to engage in other pre-ordering, ordering, provisioning, maintenance and repair transactions. If Verizon has not yet deployed an electronic capability for MHT Selectel to perform a pre-pre- ordering, ordering, provisioning, maintenance or repair, transaction offered by Verizon, MHT Selectel shall use such other processes as Verizon has made available for performing such transaction (including, but not limited, to submission of Orders by telephonic facsimile transmission and placing trouble reports by voice telephone transmission).

MHT Prepaid shall use Verizon’s electronic Operations Support System access platforms to submit Orders and requests for maintenance and repair of Services, and to engage in other pre-ordering, ordering, provisioning, maintenance and repair transactions. If Verizon has not yet deployed an electronic capability for MHT Prepaid to perform a pre-pre- ordering, ordering, provisioning, maintenance or repair, transaction offered by Verizon, MHT Prepaid shall use such other processes as Verizon has made available for performing such transaction (including, but not limited, to submission of Orders by telephonic facsimile transmission and placing trouble reports by voice telephone transmission).

MHT Onvoy shall use Verizon’s electronic Operations Support System access platforms to submit Orders and requests for maintenance and repair of Services, and to engage in other pre-ordering, ordering, provisioning, maintenance and repair transactions. If Verizon has not yet deployed an electronic capability for MHT Onvoy to perform a pre-ordering, ordering, provisioning, maintenance or repair, transaction offered by Verizon, MHT Onvoy shall use such other processes as Verizon has made available for performing such transaction (including, but not limited, to submission of Orders by telephonic facsimile transmission and placing trouble reports by voice telephone transmission).

MHT IG2 shall use Verizon’s electronic Operations Support System access platforms to submit Orders and requests for maintenance and repair of Services, and to engage in other pre-pre- ordering, ordering, provisioning, maintenance and repair transactions. If Verizon has not yet deployed an electronic capability for MHT IG2 to perform a pre-ordering, ordering, provisioning, maintenance or repair, transaction offered by Verizon, MHT IG2 shall use such other processes as Verizon has made available for performing such transaction (including, but not limited, to submission of Orders by telephonic facsimile transmission and placing trouble reports by voice telephone transmission).

Ordering and Maintenance. MHT Telrite shall use Verizon’s electronic Operations Support System access platforms to submit Orders and requests for maintenance and repair of Services, and to engage in other pre-ordering, ordering, provisioning, maintenance and repair transactions. If Verizon has not yet deployed an electronic capability for MHT Telrite to perform a pre-ordering, ordering, provisioning, maintenance or repair, transaction offered by Verizon, MHT Telrite shall use such other processes as Verizon has made available for performing such transaction (including, but not limited, to submission of Orders by telephonic facsimile transmission and placing trouble reports by voice telephone transmission).

Ordering and Maintenance. MHT Xxxxxx shall use Verizon’s electronic Operations Support System access platforms to submit Orders and requests for maintenance and repair of Services, and to engage in other pre-ordering, ordering, provisioning, maintenance and repair transactions. If Verizon has not yet deployed an electronic capability for MHT Xxxxxx to perform a pre-pre- ordering, ordering, provisioning, maintenance or repair, transaction offered by Verizon, MHT Marion shall use such other processes as Verizon has made available for performing such transaction (including, but not limited, to submission of Orders by telephonic facsimile transmission and placing trouble reports by voice telephone transmission).
