Organisation of Graduation. 2.6.1 The University of Durham and UPMC will make appropriate arrangements for any student who successfully completes the Programme to receive conferment of their Degrees of Doctor of Philosophy, provided that the appropriate standards are met in both the submitted thesis and in the examination, at a ceremony of either University. Successful students will be awarded a certificate from each University. Certificates will each recognise the dual nature of the Programme and award.

Organisation of Graduation. The University of Durham and Universität Bern will make appropriate arrangements for any student who successfully completes the Programme to receive conferment of their respective Degrees of Doctor of Philosophy (at University of Durham) and “doctor philosophiae” (at Universität Bern) provided that the appropriate standards are met in both the submitted thesis and in the examination, at a ceremony of either University. Successful students will be awarded a certificate from each University. Certificates will each recognise the dual nature of the Programme and award. Any Graduation Ceremony which will take place in the UK will do so in accordance with the normal University of Durham schedule for congregation.

  • Technical and Organisational Measures (1) Before the commencement of processing, the Supplier shall document the execution of the necessary Technical and Organisational Measures, set out in advance of the awarding of the Order or Contract, specifically with regard to the detailed execution of the contract, and shall present these documented measures to the Client for inspection.   • Definition of Grievance A grievance shall be defined as any difference arising out of the interpretation, application, administration, or alleged violation of the Collective Agreement.

  • Initiation of Grievance When a dispute arises, an attempt shall be made by the Faculty Member to settle the grievance with the appropriate management representative.
