Organization of Project Committee. The “Project Committee” shall consist of one individual each from CSN and the City, the “Project Representative(s).” The selection of these persons shall be made by the chief administrative officer from each organization. The Project Representatives may designate staff persons to assist throughout the design and construction of the Project Work, but subject to Section II.C.4, the ultimate decision-maker for each Party for purposes of Project Work shall be the Project Representative so designated.

  • Project Steering Committee (a) The Recipient shall establish and maintain at all times until the completion of the Project, the Project Steering Committee with a composition, mandate and resources satisfactory to the Association.
