Employee Leaving During the Notice Period If the employment of an employee is terminated (other than for misconduct) before the notice period expires, the employee shall be entitled to the same benefits and payments under this clause had the employee remained with the employer until the expiry of such notice. CONTRACTOR STAFF WITHIN AUTHORIZED USER AGREEMENT The provisions of this section shall apply unless otherwise agreed in the Authorized User Agreement. All employees of the Contractor, or of its Subcontractors, who shall perform under an Authorized User Agreement, shall possess the necessary qualifications, training, licenses, and permits as may be required within the jurisdiction where the Services specified are to be provided or performed, and shall be legally entitled to work in such jurisdiction. Capacity Allocators The proportion of the Customer’s Total Capacity Quantity that comprises Pipeline Capacity, Underground Storage Withdrawal Capacity and Peaking Capacity. Company Eversource Gas Company of Massachusetts d/b/a Eversource Energy Company Gas Allowance The difference between the sum of all amounts of Gas received into the Company’s distribution system and the sum of all amounts of Gas delivered from the Company’s distribution system as calculated by the Company for the most recent twelve (12) month period ending July 31. Such difference shall include, but not be limited to, Gas consumed by the Company for its own purposes, line losses and Gas vented and lost as a result of an event of Force Majeure, excluding gas otherwise accounted for. Partial Disposal During Term of Service Agreement Throughout the Term of the Service Agreement, LEA may request partial disposal of Student Data obtained under the Service Agreement that is no longer needed. Partial disposal of data shall be subject to LEA’s request to transfer data to a separate account, pursuant to Article II, section 3, above.
Evaluation During the Probationary Period 1. At or about the time of the delivery of a probationary letter, the evaluator shall hold a personal conference with the probationary teacher to discuss performance deficiencies and the remedial measures to be taken.

Union Activity During Working Hours The Employer and the Union recognize that union representatives and stewards play an important role in effectuating the terms of this Agreement; however, both parties acknowledge that the duties undertaken as a union representative or xxxxxxx are in addition to the their job assignments. The Union shall notify the Department of Budget and Management in writing of the names of designated stewards and union representatives prior to them assuming any duties.
