Common use of Organizational Dues Clause in Contracts

Organizational Dues. Commencing January 1, 2004, the Company shall reimburse Employee periodic membership dues for the professional and other organizations and societies the maintenance of which is hereby acknowledged to be connected with and necessary for the proper performance of the Employee's duties under this Agreement, including: (a) One businessman's luncheon club (b) One golf or fitness club (c) The Dallas International Chamber of Commerce (d) additional as may from time to time be approved by the Board.
