Common use of Organized Reserve Forces Clause in Contracts

Organized Reserve Forces. Any paraprofessional who normally works twenty (20) or more hours per week and who is a member of a reserve component of the Armed Forces of the United States shall be granted, in accordance with Section 59 of Chapter 33 of the General Laws, leave of absence, without loss of pay, during the time of their annual tour of duty as a member of such reserve component; provided, however, that such leave shall not exceed seventeen (17) days.
