Organs. The Academy shall have
(a) an Assembly of Parties, hereinafter referred to as “the Assembly”;
(b) a Board of Governors, hereinafter referred to as “the Board”;
(c) an International Senior Advisory Board;
(d) an International Academic Advisory Board;

Organs. 1. The organs of the Community shall be:
(a) The Assembly of Heads of State and Government;
(b) The Council of Ministers;
(c) The Pan-African Parliament;
(d) The Economic and Social Commission;
(e) The Court of Justice;

2. The Organs of the Community shall perform their duties and act within the limits of the powers conferred on them by this Treaty.

(i) The Board of Trustees; and
(ii) The Director and staff.

(a) a Council of Parties;
(b) a Board of Directors;
(c) an Advisory Forum; and
(d) a Secretariat.
Organs. The Organization shall have the following organs: the Council of Ministers, the Administrative Council, the Secretariat, and such other subsidiary organs as may be established by the Administrative Council in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.
Organs. The organs of the Laboratory are the Council and the Director-General.
Organs. 1. The GGGI shall have an Assembly, a Council, an Advisory Committee and a Secretariat as its principal organs.
2. Branch offices or other subsidiary organs of the GGGI may be established if the Assembly so decides as required to support its activities.
