Orientation Kits. When an orientation kit is supplied to a new employee in a title covered by this Agreement, only the Union which represents such new or promoted employee shall be permitted to have Union literature included in this kit. Such Union literature shall be subject to the reasonable approval of the Deputy Director for Labor Relations.
