Common use of ORIENTATION OF NEW TEACHERS Clause in Contracts

ORIENTATION OF NEW TEACHERS. Every attempt will be made to orient new staff members adequately. Three (3) days prior to the opening of the school year, new teachers will be available for orientation to familiarize them with the school environment. Two (2) additional days of orientation may be scheduled over the teacher's next three (3) years at the Superintendent's discretion. The Association agrees to participate in the evaluation of the orientation program.
